Luthien giggled as she broke the cookie in half, temptingly holding out one piece to Galadriel. “I know mother says to let them cool off, but they are just so good this way!” It was freshly baked, the chocolate chunks oozing from where they were pulled apart.
Galadriel had her hands full washing dishes from their baking adventure, so she leaned over to take a bite of what Luthien held. “Oh, that is delicious!”
“And so it this,” said Luthien as she leaned over, first to lick the stray chocolate smudge from Galadriel’s soft lips, then to kiss her soundly.
